Bridge Forecast

We used AI tech to solve a problem in our local community.

Machine Learning — Experiential

Through the aid of Computer Vision we studied the bridge patterns for three bridges along the Miami River to develop the first ever prediction system for commuters. Our system used Nest outdoor cameras and a few months worth of images to compute the library that ultimately comprised its brain.

An immersive site that tells real stories to help others talk about alzheimer’s.

Digital Experience — UX/UI

Through a collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Association comes ‘Our Stories’: the debut pro bono campaign developed by The Community that launched on 3 June, which features firsthand accounts of real Alzheimer’s patients. The personalization of the disease is meant to spur a dialogue between families who detect early onset signs of it in their loved ones.

Above all else, fundi is a solution that uses existing technology to help the millions of specialists that lost all (or most) of their income because of COVID-19.
Through our platform they can live stream their craft to real people and get paid in real-time. 

We have streamlined the process to sign up, the process to share, and the process to donate by simply tapping a sticker.

Snapclass

Making virtual learning immersive and accessible.

Augmented Reality — Education

With virtual education now supplanting in person learning, we need to inject new technology to help bridge this privilege gap. Using Snap’s portal technology we have created SnapClass: the first ever AR lesson plan for a new wave of virtual learning. 

Each lesson plan will be part of a different curriculum and every curriculum will focus on a different subject matter ranging from environmental to societal subjects.
The first experience is part of a lesson plan that we call Vanishing Lessons. The proof of concept depicts an immersive journey through the Florida Everglades.
